We currently ship to addresses within Australia only. Please review the information below before placing your order.
1. Shipping Rates

All prices are inclusive of GST. The free shipping threshold applies to the order subtotal after any discounts have been applied.
2. Processing Times
Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed before 9:00 am AEST are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
3. Estimated Delivery Timeframes
Once dispatched, estimated delivery timeframes are:
- Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days
- Express Delivery: 1–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and carrier volumes. Remote and regional areas may experience longer timeframes. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your delivery. If you have not received a tracking email within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder, or contact us at contact@getcoreiq.com.
5. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are unable to redirect parcels once they have been dispatched. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
6. Lost or Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at contact@getcoreiq.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will liaise with the carrier and work to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
7. International Shipping
We do not currently ship outside of Australia. We hope to expand in the future — stay tuned.
