Core IQ is a performance supplement brand operating under StrengthLab. We sell functional supplement products including gummies and sachet sticks, available exclusively to customers in Australia. Our products are sold through our website at getcoreiq.com.

We accept payment via the methods available at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your full payment card details.
In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.
5. Orders & Contract
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time, including after confirmation, in which case a full refund will be issued.
We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience resulting from a cancelled order.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We ship to addresses within Australia only. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout and are indicative only — we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances outside our control are not our responsibility.
Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at contact@getcoreiq.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
7. Returns & Refunds
Our returns and refund practices are set out in our Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.
